Shipping policy

General Shipping Info: We accept orders at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on curldealer.com before 12:00 pm will be processed and shipped within 1 business day. All orders placed Friday after 1.30pm, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday will be processed on the following business day. 

Please note: We are working hard to safely fulfil all orders, whilst we are getting everything shipped on time there may be delays with shipping taking a little longer than usual due to external factors out of our control so no delivery timeline including express is guaranteed. If you have any questions about your order please reach out to our team at order@curldealer.com with your order number. Our customer service is monitored Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. 

All orders are shipped from Lithuania. Delivery times depend on your destination country and how far it is from us.

We currently ship to countries within the European Union, as well as to Norway and Switzerland. All orders are dispatched from Lithuania, and delivery times vary depending on your location and distance from us.
