Goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:
1. The returned goods must be in their original packaging (this does not apply if the returned goods are defective).
2. The goods must not have been damaged by the buyer.
3. The goods must be unused and have not lost their commercial appearance: labels must be intact, protective films must not be removed, etc. (this point does not apply in the case of defective goods being returned);
4. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was when received by the buyer (this point does not apply in the case of a defective product being returned);
5. The seller has the right to refuse to accept returned goods if the conditions for returning goods have not been met.
